So…you’ve got your iPhone.  You’ve also got an Exchange connection for your work email and calendar. Now you would like to Sync your Google Calendar(s) with your iPhone as well.

Here’s some step by step instructions to get multiple calendar’s syncing with your iPhone.  This is one of the major reason’s I love this phone!!

1. Tap on the Settings button on your iPhone’s home screen.
2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Select Add Account…
4. Select Other.
5. Select Add CalDAV Account.
6. Enter your account info:
   • For the Server field, enter -  google.com
   • For the Username field, enter your full Google Account email address.
   • For the Password field, enter your Google password.
   • In the Description field, put something meaningful to you for the account you are adding.
7. Tap Next at the top of your screen.

Now…at this point I was REALLY disappointed, because I have 5 or 6 calendars setup within my Google Calendar, and it was only syncing my main one

Don’t worry!  Google has already thought of this and provides a tool for you to be able to pick and choose what calendars you want to sync with iPhone.  Simply go to Google’s iPhone Sync Settings and choose the calendars you wish to sync with iPhone.

It’s really that simple, and the best thing about the iPhone is you can choose to view all the calendars at once or merge them all together.  This way you can see you personal calendars plus your work calendar from Exchange all in the same view!  Genius I say!
